Next week on September 12th, the inaugural Michelin Guide to Colorado will be fully announced and stars bestowed at a ceremony where the glitterati of the Colorado culinary world will come together.The inaugural guide covers four regions of Colorado, Aspen, Snowmass, Vail, and Beaver Creek Resort, Boulder, and Denver. And so in the buildup to the release, we spoke to chefs from each of the regions to get a feel for those areas, the chefs and their restaurants, and of course, their thoughts on the Michelin guide.
