The Misperceptions of the Leader's Seat

Many looks at those who are in leadership or are the leaders and say to themselves, "I can do that." They also say, "If I were him/her, I would do...." and then others say, "If he/she can get that position, then I know, I could." Interestingly enough President Trump said these words just as I was putting this podcast together, "All of my life I heard that decisions are much different when you sit behind the desk in the Oval Office."
