In just eight years, Missy's leadership has helped BIO Girls grow from a single program impacting 32 girls to more than 50 locations serving thousands of girls each year. As Executive Director, Missy works closely with the Board of Directors to craft the vision of BIO Girls, serves as the primary mission evangelist, oversees program operations and curriculum development and loves using her marketing background to promote the program.
