THE POWER OF CONSISTENCY

from The Kingdom Of God First Podcast. · host Tewe Kolade Felix

Scripture: 1 Corinthians 15:58 "Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain." In a world filled with instant results and quick fixes, consistency often feels underrated. Yet, Scripture reminds us that lasting impact comes from steadfast dedication to God’s work. Paul encourages believers to remain "steadfast" and "immovable"—words that speak to the power of unwavering commitment, especially in our spiritual walk. Consistency is not about perfection, but about faithfulness. It’s the daily choice to pray even when we don’t feel like it, to serve even when it’s inconvenient, and to love even when it’s hard. This kind of devotion shapes our character, strengthens our faith, and glorifies God. Every moment of obedience and every quiet act of faithfulness matters. Even when progress feels slow or unnoticed, God sees. He uses our consistent efforts to grow His kingdom and refine us into His image. Your steadfastness in the Lord’s work is never wasted. Today, ask yourself: Am I remaining consistent in the work God has called me to, even when I don’t see immediate results? Prayer: Almighty Father, help me to stay faithful in every task You’ve entrusted to me. Strengthen my heart when I feel weary, and remind me that my labor is never in vain. May I abound in Your work with a spirit of joy and perseverance. Amen.
