The Power Of The Mind, How Doubt Limits Us & Communicating With Source

from Raw Conversations with Corinne Blum · host Corinne Blum

Our mind is powerful beyond measure and can either be used for or against us. When we create coherence between the heart and mind (and I like to also include gut) we can visualise, create and manifest so much. But one of the greatest limitations (or inhibitors) other than fear, is doubt. And we often meet doubt, when we encounter a hurdle or a challenge along the way. Doubt is quick to give up. It believes that none of this work that we’re doing actually works. It disbelieves, just because it’s not happening in the time frame we were hoping or expecting, or in the way we had imagined. It takes a kind of discipline, a sort of mental gymnastics, to not allow ourselves to go into the story of doubt. The story, narrative and the range of emotions that get stirred up by projecting into the story, are often the indicators that we’re in doubt, fear, worry or anxiety. All of these pull us out of the present moment and into a made-up future. The practice is then to come back into the now and into our own centre. Having a daily practice that brings us into ourselves, into stillness and into our centre, keeps doubt at bay or at the very least, allows us to recognise when it’s creeping in, how to tend to it and ultimately let it go. Once we have a practice that brings us into the home within ourselves, we then open up to all sorts of intuitive communications. We begin to see synchronicity happening all over the place. We hear, see or feel our inner guidance more profoundly. We trust more. We fall into flow more easily and consistently. We’re unlearning old conditioning and learning new ways. Ways that support our true potential. Ways that don’t create limitation but expansion. Tune in for more... Loving you from afar, Corinne Want to work 1-1 with me?
