In the preface of The Screwtape Letters, Lewis tells the reader that there are two "equal and opposite errors" that we can fall into regarding demons. One is to choose not to believe in their existence; the other is to believe and have an excessive and unhealthy interest in them. But most of us don't go worshipping demons... so what does that look like for us if we fell into either of those camps?
