The State of Our Nation

from Relentless Truth with John Warren · host John Warren

Subscribe ▼ Show Notes In this episode I discuss the state of our great nation in this election year. How do we find peace when the world around us seems to be falling apart? What is truth, and what are we to do in this environment? How is a competent, caring, thinking Christian to fulfill their responsibilities as stewards? Stand for Truth It is time for us to stand for truth across a wide spectrum of issues. I explain many of those issues in this important episode. We sometimes think that current events and our theology are entirely separate disciplines, but they are closely related if we apply our Christian worldview as informed by Scripture. I address monument defacing, the purpose of government, the focus of liberal interests in our country, property rights, immigration, and other issues in this episode. Our answer to our political environment and the decline of our culture is prayer. We must not underestimate this important means of God’s grace for us. Please join me in prayer for our great nation. The Economy I close this episode with a discussion of our economy. There seems to be a decline in economic activity that is not yet reflected in the indicators. Again, our response should be to pray and to trust God. Thank you for listening to Relentless Truth. Please share this episode with your friends and family. Please share our work on social media.
