The Unhinged Pre-Race Update

from Life in Stride · host Life In Stride Network

In this episode, the boys have some fun chatting about final pre-race thoughts and recapping the training blocks. Danny is running Carmel Marathon Saturday, aiming for a sub 2:45. Scotty is running Boston for the first time Monday, shooting for sub 2:40. Chris is going for a sub 1:10 half at the KY Derby Half in a couple weeks. We also see how Cheston is doing leading into his September sub 2:40 attempt at Last Chance BQ 26.2 Grand Rapids. This episode is super chill and at points felt like we weren’t even recording and just BSing on a run together. Enjoy!
