This week on The Voice, our host Alex Reid sits down with the Chief Information Officer at the City of Edmonton, Chris Moore. Chris spoke at the Public Sector Social Media Conference in Ottawa in November. He shared his organization’s experiences with change as well as the need to address issues around culture and innovation.   In this episode, Chris shares examples of his innovative social media work and what he’s accomplished at the municipal level.
