Chris spoke at the Public Sector Social Media Conference in Ottawa in November. He shared his organization’s experiences with change as well as the need to address issues around culture and innovation.   In this episode, Chris shares examples of his innovative social media work and what he’s accomplished at the municipal level. He gives examples of how Edmonton uses social networks and open data to create change.
