Is the violence and hate in the world worse, or has always been there and just covered up? What can we do to change that? Inequality has been here from the beginning of time, we can change our world through becoming conscious of our words and how we use them. When we walk  in balance, drop being a victim and blaming others, we can live life in compassion and kindness. This can change our world. Change begins here NOW, with us and with every word we say and think. We are all responsible for the state of our world on a micro live and we have the ability to change it on all levels on a macro level.
