Juliana Gainsburg caught my attention with her laid back yet puposeful and educational approach to the podcast she hosts, called Realtor-ish.   Her social media venues are also equally interesting to follow.  She also  coaches Realtors (and others) on the ins and outs of the major social media platforms.  She shares some of those tricks of the trade here on the Real Estate and YOU podcast! :)The Realtor-ish podcast is a great resource for anyone looking to sharpen their tools in and around the world of real estate.
