Tiu de Haan: Intuition + Wonder

from The Intuition Conversations · host Meghan Field

In today's episode I continue my intuition conversations with the wonderful Tiu de Haan. We talk about how she accesses her own intuition using different methods, the importance of doing  morning pages as a daily practice and practices that help us to tune in and listen. Tiu also beautifully helps us to understand how we can learn to separate the voice of intuition from the inner critic and other thoughts.About Tiu:Tiu de Haan is an Oxford educated ritual designer, creative facilitator and inspirational speaker. She curates and creates unique moments of meaning that connect us to ourselves and each other, consulting for global brands on rituals for beauty, food and wellbeing, as well as creating bespoke rituals for times of transition for individuals, communities and organisational change. Tiu has worked with Google, the World Economic Forum, L’Oreal and the UN, and is a visiting lecturer at UAL and Bristol University. Her work bridges the scientific, the secular and the sacred, as she collaborates with world-leading neuroscientists, quantum physicists and chemists to create experiences that shift our perspective to see the magic in the mundane. Her Tedx talk ‘Why we still need ritual’ is about the art of celebrating the transitions of life, love and death and has had over 23k views.Website: www.tiudehaan.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/thepossibilityofwonderInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/tiudehaan1/About Meghan:Meghan Field is an intersectional social justice activist, Qoya Teacher, Intuitive Embodiment and Practical Magic Coach, Moon Mna/Irish Celtic lineage practitioner and Owner of Sacred Kernow Retreats.  Meghan lives in England, where she works as a Director of Advance Charity and offers 1:1 and group well-being and empowerment classes, workshops and retreats for women. In her embodiment and empowerment work, Meghan supports women to remember who we are before the world told us who we should be.
