Tom and "The Committee" join forces to take on Mansfield!

It's a music adjascent and very important topic, so i thought would be good to spread the word about it on this podcast! I had "The Committee," on today to talk about the work they are doing to get the city to help get them a permanant spot to start a skatepark in Mansfield. It would be such a massive addition to the betterment of our amazing city. A very positive sport that promotes good values such as perseverance and hard work. As well as lots of outside exercise and critical thinking skills. To me this is a no brainer option for the city to use and prtner with to promote positive activities in the community for the youth and adults alike! We talk the loss of "The Slab," (RIP) their previous DIY skatepark they themselves had established on an un used, tore down section of the westinghouse sight. All of the positive things that came out of its existance and the pheonix like rise that will come from its ashes in the form of the new Liberty DIY skatepark that is in the works! Love these dudes and the hard work and endless hours they have poured their heart into for this to begin to come to fruition.
