After retiring as chairman, he took his passion for flying (Smith is an experienced pilot with over 10,000 hours of flying time) to start Set Jet, an exclusive private jet charter membership. Set Jet makes travel simple, offering the convenience and luxury amenities of private air travel, made more accessible as members can purchase tickets on Set Jet, often at a similar price point to first-class commercial travel.
