Tony Walmsley - Performance Coach for leaders and teams under pressure

I recently spoke to Tony Walmsley who is a Performance Coach for leaders and teams that are under pressure. Tony set up the The Leaders Advisory where he wants to impact the workplace by helping leaders inspire consistent high performance. He does this by dissecting the company's ethos and pinpointing ways for them to improve from the top right the way down. Tony's business has taking him all over the world and The Leaders Advisory has provided an opportunity to work with football clubs. He's been involved in sport for over twenty-five years in various capacities; it was interesting to hear how he transitioned away from football to another career over a chance remark during a conversation with a friend. Tony has some good ideas and I'm sure he will have a great impact within sport and other industries in the future.
