In this episode presented by the Canadian Heart Failure Society (CHFS), we are joined by Dr. Anique Ducharme, President of the CHFS and Director of the Heart Failure Clinic at the Montreal Heart Institute, and Dr. Justin Ezekowitz, co-Director of the Canadian VIGOUR Centre and cardiologist at the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute in Edmonton. They discuss some of the challenges as well as evidence-based recommendations to improve outcomes in patients with worsening heart failure.
