Tom is joined by special guest Phil Naylor (Author of 'Some Schools are harder than others' - published via John Catt Educational) to discuss what makes some schools tougher to teach in than others and what could entice a teacher to go and teach in one of these schools. Phil reflects on his experience teaching in schools in Blackpool for 25 years, Bernie calls in to share her insights too.
