I'm Coach Paul and I haven't always been a productive and successful member of society.   I've been homeless, hooked on drugs, and even incarcerated for close to 15 years in total.   But today I run a successful online coaching business where I help my clients completely transform their lives through my signature M3 method where we focus on mindset, metabolism and muscle.   Today I have a beautiful family that will never see me high or drunk or violent.   Today I live a life that most people who come from where I come from never get to enjoy.   So I started this podcast to share my story as well as the story of others who have made the conscious decision to become better in all areas of their lives.   The goal of this podcast is to change as many lives as possible and make a bigger impact on the world.   My goal with every episode is to bring you value and help you become a better you.   Together we will grow, we will learn, and we will become better together!   Make sure to drop a review and let us know how you liked the podcast.    Follow me and send me a DM on whatever platform you prefer.
