Of Eddy de schildpad, die zijn bril kwijt is geraakt in het water. En we doen oefeningen waardoor we samen helemaal tot rust komen, of juist een beetje extra energie krijgen. Kom zo vaak terug als je wilt, want deze oefeningen kun je elke dag opnieuw doen. Om mee te doen heb je niks extra’s nodig, behalve een lekkere plek om te zitten of liggen. En je fantasie!’
