Where the Tropical House Mixtape Series began! This mix was originally released on cassette back in February 2000. It was distributed free to the first 100 people in attendance at the first "Be MyTropical Valentine" party, a free party that Tropical put on as a thank you to its supporters every Valentine's Day for several years. Additional copies were handed out at parties to promoters and dancers. In 2000 Tropical house was a little more tracky and funky, the beginning of a long road to where it is today. Hope you enjoy the mix!
