from The NHSSCA Podcast · host The NHSSCA Podcast

My guest this month is Coach Tucker Platt. Coach Platt is the strength and conditioning coach at Wilbur Clatonia High School in Wilbur Nebraska. We discuss a little background info, how he went from college track into s&c. From there we dive into VBT. Coach Platt was able to secure some VBT devices in his weight room this past year. It was great hearing how adding VBT has changed, or hasn't changed some of the things he does at WC. We talk pros and cons of VBT, buy in from his athletes, how he utilizes it with Triphasic training and more. Coach Platt does a great job walking us through how he does things at WC and I think this is a very informative episode for anyone considering adding VBT . Enjoy!
