Tuning Into Our Soul Frequency Part 1

Hello and welcome back to the show! Oooh Episode number Nine. The awakening process can feel harsh at times, it's certainly not all warm fuzzy feelings, do you agree? I get into finding temporary moments of clarity before embodying sobriety.  Let's face it, my shit got rough for a long time on my journey to becoming free of that which bound me in terms of substances. Along the journey back to myself, I almost completely lost myself. And when I realized that the thing/person holding me back from everything...was me?  Damn.  Harsh times they indeed were, but ultimately they were liberating.
