TWR 009: Finding Your "Why" in Health & Fitness with Jessica Gunn

from The Divorce Revolution · host Amber Shaw

When we are invested in making changes and adopting healthy habits, we always know WHAT needs to be done, but we don't know WHY. Finding your why, a.k.a. the reason behind such change; is going to give you perspective, is going to help you when you feel like giving up, and is ultimately going to take you further. The WHY ends up being the compass that will guide you towards your goal. In this episode of The Wellness Revolution, Jessica Gunn shares her why, and what motivated her to transform her habits and aim for a fitness lifestyle. Jessica shares that it is way easier to start your transformation by doing little challenges with yourself, focusing on how you feel instead of how you look, and always remembering the person you no longer want to be. Jessica also talks about her training methods, explaining that lifting weights is a matter of enriching her life and that's what she tries to pass along to her coaching clients.
