Wiki Politiki with Steve Bhaerman iOM Radio Network - OMTimes At a time when political polarization, dysfunction, and confusion seem to be at an all-time high, and when noise and static seem to be drowning out sane discourse … the Wiki Politiki Radio Show offers a heartening alternative: Fun, laughter, constructive conversation, and insight. Its purpose is to cultivate the wisdom of many perspectives, and create generative conversations to help us work together to find real solutions to the problems we face … or as Swami would say, “Let’s bring left and right front and center to turn the funk into function, and leave the junk at the junction.”Each week on the Wiki Politiki Radio Show, host Steve Bhaerman (also known as cosmic comic Swami Beyondananda) will bring two “visionary, solutionary” voices to the show to offer their viewpoints, and then collaborate to find a wiser way forward. We’re not expecting our guests to agree about everything. That would be boring and unproductive! We do expect that by speaking Pop Cultured Chris Arnold & Riordan DJ A hot new podcast presented by Chris Arnold & Riordan DJ. Riordan DJ is a stand up comic and cricket fan. Chris Arnold is a TV/radio presenter and pan pipes fan. Also confusingly Riordan DJ is not a DJ but Chris Arnold is a DJ. But don’t get bogged down in that.Throughout the show, Chris will attempt to educate Riordan in areas of pop culture he might have missed out in his life. And who knows, maybe Chris will learn a thing or two along the way. Police Headquarters Entertainment Radio Police Headquarters was a 1932 crime radio drama. Bruce Eells Associates produced this series which was syndicated to West Coast NBC radio stations. Each program lasted for about 15 minutes: music was featured in the first part of the show, an announcer would do a commercial or two, then the 12 minute episode would follow. A total of thirty-nine episodes were produced. The program centered on a citizen reporting a crime via telephone and police use of two-way radio to set up a dragnet to find criminals and solve cases. While the programs were based upon actual cases, they were presented in the program as successfully solved, regardless of the actual outcome. The police in the drama would investigate a murder, a bank robbery, etc. and apprehend the perpetrators. In some cases the drama was identifying the perpetrator, while more often it was in apprehending them. Troll Foods SYN Media A fictional radio program that tells the story of two young employees of a fantasy supermarket called Troll Foods. The focus is on the two girls’ friendship and the way they overcome problems (both physical and emotional) together, usually joined by some wacky side characters along the way.Troll Foods is a Radio Drama (Comedy), airing on SYN 90.7FM @ 4PM on Sundays.
