In order to create drastic change for equality in this world we must learn to have the uncomfortable conversations. With the death of George Floyd and black community speaking out, NOW is a time where we must all come together. Change is needed in this world for us all to feel like one! In this episode I talk to Lisa Richards about Black Lives Matter, equality, white privilege, what it was like growing up and living in today's world as a black woman. We both got uncomfortable, were willing to have a hard conversation and show up imperfectly for each other.
