University of Idaho Wheat Varieties and Spring Seeding

Idaho Wheat Commission (IWC) has licensed UI Cookie, a soft white spring wheat developed by researchers with the University of Idaho, in an effort to increase the return on investment of wheat grower dollars. U of I wheat breeders have also developed a hard white spring wheat, UI Gold.
