Venus Miller is a Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Her experience in nursing includes over 25 years of healthcare to patients over the life span. In 1990, she graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 2003, she graduated from the University of Miami with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Within 5 years of practicing in Psychiatry, Venus realized how intertwined physical and mental health was and decided to return to school. In 2011, Venus graduated fro the University of Alabama with her Post-Masters in Psychiatry, as a Primary Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2011. Currently, she is a Dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Recently, Venus was admitted to the Doctoral program at Florida International University beginning Fall 2017.
