You can add USB-C Power to your devices with the Adafruit HUSB238 Power Delivery Breakout. This breakout lets you get up to 100W of power over USB-C for those projects that need more than 5 volts at 2 amps. You can set the output voltage using the on-board jumpers or control it over I2C using a microcontroller.
