This episode is a bit unique. I have the honor of sitting on the board for and incredible organization called the Big Vision Foundation. Every year they partner with Jennie Finch Softball Camps to run a weekend long tournament and training. This is really the frame work that these 4 incredible women use to help secure the future of this sport and shape the minds of our future women leaders.  So, in this episode you'll hear us dive into championship mindsets, teamwork, overcoming adversity, and what it takes to continue to push forward event when you strike out.
