The foster son of a Valley Center woman, whose skeletal remains were found on her ranch earlier this year, was ordered to stand trial on nearly three dozen felony counts related to the alleged fraudulent use of the woman's identity. San Diego City Council members will revisit the proposed ordinance that would add metered parking in a portion of Balboa Park after several members said they didn't support it.
