Doctor Scot, Ray Daniels, Jon Plise, and Justin Crosley host the show in his absence. Vienna lager is similar to Oktoberfest, but with a lighter malt character overall. It is still decidedly balanced toward malt and characterized by a soft, elegant maltiness that dries out in the finish to avoid becoming sweet. A great beer style and this show includes several recipes for making a winning version.
