Take a minute and think about this. How often - in your day to day life - are you REALLY TRULY listening? How often are you listening to understand versus listening to reply/respond? Listening to understand means that you aren’t thinking about what you are going to say, you’re not thinking about your next question or that thought they sparked, you are truly and deeply just listening to understand what they are saying with no other intention than that one.

And how often do you, yourself, feel truly, deeply listened to and heard? How does that feel when it happens?

This week, I’m really excited to share a “Listening Adventure” with you all.

You ready to find and create some pretty serious magic with your listening skills?

Sweet. So are we.

Today is Day 1 and takes only about 12 minutes of your time to explore.

We promise it'll be worth it. :-)

It is pure magic to watch the Flight Camp teams and individuals I work with start to re-engage this ability.

Collaboration and co-creation goes thru the roof.

The not so productive behaviors? There’s really no space left for them.

Listen here for Day 1 and PLEASE be sure to share your experiences with us via Facebook or Instagram

Tell us what’s working for you, what’s not. What aha’s come up. Let’s explore this together and all listen ;-) and learn from each other.

With love and creativity,

Kirsten
