Weight loss and Boobies!

We all have the things that we all would love to change or things we struggle with. It’s the thing that prove that we are human. I for one, have what seems most of my marriage life have struggles with my weight. It causes a lot of internal struggles and self confidence, and with that I have tried to not be so self conscious about how I look and focus on the health aspects of it. So here I am 42 years old I weigh 250 pounds. The largest I have ever been. I have high blood pressure, don’t feel well a lot not because I’m sick but because I’m tired. I over eat, I stress eat… and then I usually hate myself because I keep going over and over in their vicious cycle. So a couple of weeks ago I decided to take control of my stupidity and treat it as it is. I did something I never said I would do. If you know me you know I hate, actually… I loathe MLM’s (multi level marketing) companies. I think they are scams. They are only out for themselves and only out to take money away from the people that sign up for them. But here I am I found a product that will help with my weight loss goals. But it was tied to one of these companies. So after a lot of research I bit the bullet and bought in. So I bought in not for the so called money making opportunities but for my own needs. I bought into the company. If you don’t know who they are they have a product that aids in ketosis. Most everyone has heard of the keto diet. His company has a product called ketones that helps keep your body in ketotis. Which simple put causes you body to burn fat. I am now 10 days into using this product. I am down 12 pounds I feel great. It’s amazing I am on my way to being back in charge of my body. I have been using self control and every time I feel the urge to dive into the binge eating due to stress I drink some water. This is all a mind game. I, like Devin, have body issues. I have always said for the past ) years that I was going to get a breast augmentations. If I don’t do it now, I never will. I called a local Plastic Surgeons office and booked an appointment. Super excited! I went to my appointment and it was nothing like I thought. I met with an office assistant and she asked me a hole bunch of question about family history, illnesses, surgeries I’ve had and if I drink, so drugs or smoke. ( all a no ) After meeting with the assistant, I met with Doctor Howland. He went through the the details of what’s going to happen during surgery, how long recovery will take and whomping until they will start to look normal. I was sold! Yes, I will be in A LOT of pain after and during recovery… I will have A LIT of post op visits and I will be bruised. Not able to lift heavy items or do my normal day activities for awhile. I was able to “try on” implants to see what I liked best. What I felt comfortable I. And what size I prefer. That was actually kinda fun! after everything was talked about, talked over and my questions answered… I set my appointment for the 23rd! Can’t wait and I am finally, after ) years making ME.., not my husband happier about my body image issues I have!
