Each tale had a story to tell - few recounting history, some folklore stories and many more of them with messages for life eternity.I grew up listening to these wonderful tales from my grandma (whom we lovingly called Jayamma) who always had an interesting tale to share with us. These tales have grown to be a part of me and I constantly find ways to retell and share these tales with the next generation.The desire to share these stories with our young children is borne out of a need to promote and integrate Tamil language. After learning more about the relevance, culture, and history, he was inspired by a few friends who were DJs and returned to Boston with a couple turntables, a mixer and a bunch of vinyl.Joey worked as a sound engineer mixing down tracks with live bands and got gigs DJing at house parties and some local Boston nightclubs while finishing school. Before graduating, he was offered a position for a tech giant on the west coast, where he moved and lived for a decade. He never strayed too far from the music, getting booked for several red carpet and corporate events.It was while DJing an event celebrating the life of a friend back east, where Joey reconnected with close friends and made the decision it was time to come home.
