What you see on social media is rarely accurate. No one posts their bad days, mess ups, or just-doing-nothing photos. Everyone looks busy having fun! But the truth is there are always those days, for every single person.

And that’s okay. You do you. They can do them.

Your definition of happiness, or better yet contentment, isn’t defined by others. You get to decide. You get to follow what’s right, and real and the truth for you. Sometimes happiness looks like staying home, minding your business, saying no, and doing you.

You can never truly be happy chasing someone else’s definition, or by comparing your life to what other’s believe. Live your own life. Find your own contentment. The bottom line is happiness is up to you. No one else can tell you to be happy or how to be happy.
