Why Fixing Your Team Could be More Important Than Fixing Your Revenue

from It's Not About The Money · host Catherine Morgan

In this episode of the It's Not About The Money podcast (formerly the In Her Financial Shoes podcast), I am going to be discussing why fixing your team might be more important than fixing your revenue. The better your team is, the better your profitability and customer experience will be and in turn the more you will enjoy running your business but getting the right team in place is not easy. Bad experiences around team growth can leave you with "business trauma" that needs to be addressed in the same way we do all trauma that shows up in life. Having a strong and dynamic team is the key to increasing your revenue. Here are some of the lessons that I have learnt over the last 18 months that will help you to grow your business and grow your income.   In this episode: Why growing your team is not a one-and-done The impact that a dysfunctional team will have on your bottom line How to use KPIs to improve team performance Using standard operating procedures to ensure stability and consistency How important communication is when working with a team   Resources: Get my FREE book 'It's Not About The Money' Take the Money StoryTypes® Quiz Join Catherine's FREE Facebook Group 'The Wealthy Women Community' Catherine's YouTube Channel Connect with Catherine on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook Find out about our Wealthy Woman School® Become a Consistent Cash Flow Queen Listen to the podcast episode with Profit First author, Mike Michalowicz
