William Devin Howell - Del 1

Howell, also known as the "Sick Ripper" and the "New Britain Serial Killer," murdered six women and one man over a 10-month span in 2003. He picked up most of his victims, many of whom struggled with drug addiction, in his blue van, which he called the "murder mobile".
