WSH410 - Change That "Sucks Less"

from Work Smart Hypnosis | Hypnosis Training and Outstanding Business Success · host Jason Linett | Board Certified Hypnotist, Hypnosis Instructor, and Online E

As hypnotists, it’s important that we remember our role in our client’s change process. Our role is not to create goals for our clients but rather to help them achieve the goals they create for themselves. Sometimes, those goals may simply be to help them make things ‘suck less’ – like cutting back on the number of cigarettes they smoke each day instead of quitting smoking entirely. And that’s okay. But sometimes, measuring this type of hypnotic success can be difficult. After all, it’s easier to measure a client’s success when the end goal is to ‘stop doing the thing,’ but not as easy if it’s simply to reduce a particular behavior. With so many variables, how can we measure the effectiveness of our hypnotic approaches while remaining flexible and adapting to our client’s unique, individual needs and goals? In this episode, I discuss how to measure your client’s hypnotic success. I share how respecting a client’s goals and preferences while remaining flexible and adaptable in my hypnotic approach led my client to achieve remarkable results. I discuss the importance of avoiding the ‘one-size-fits-all’ trap when working with clients and the importance of embracing diverse perspectives and methodologies in hypnosis. I discuss why we should challenge the all-or-nothing type of thinking and highlight the importance of conditioning and future-proofing your clients’ resilience. I also explain why your client’s opinion and perspective on the outcome they received from your hypnosis sessions should be the primary tool you use to measure their hypnotic success. Join us at our next certification course LIVE and ONLINE at: https://worksmarthypnosislive.com/  Gain access to more workshops like this, text “SMART” to 844-277-6278 (for US & Canada residents only) or visit https://worksmarthypnosis.com/smart to join the VIP SMS List to receive special invitations to our regular LIVE hypnosis training workshops. “Sometimes you have to listen to your client because it’s their opinion, it’s their outcome, it’s their perspective of the change.” - Jason Linett ●     The binary outcome fallacy in measuring success●     The importance of respecting your client’s goals and preferences and tailoring the approach based on their individual needs●     Challenging all-or-nothing thinking in hypnosis and avoiding the trap of the one-size-fits-all approaches of hypnosis●     The role of caution and observance in addressing fears and phobias●     Being flexible, adaptable, and embracing diverse perspectives and methodologies in hypnosis●     Utilizing hypnotic phenomena to validate and enhance the change process●     The power of suggestion in hypnosis and believing in your own unique style and abilities●     Hypnotic success and measuring client results●     The conditioning of responses and perceptions●     Future-proofing client’s resilience by helping them navigate challenges and reframe experiences Resources Mentioned: ●     Stamps.com Join our next online certification course… wherever you are in the world!●     https://WorkSmartHypnosisLIVE.com/ Get an all-access pass to Jason’s digital library to help you grow your hypnosis business: ●     https://www.hypnoticbusinesssystems.com/ Get instant access to Jason Linett’s entire hypnotherapeutic training library:●     https://www.hypnoticworkers.com/ If you enjoyed today’s episode, please send us your valuable feedback!●     https://www.worksmarthypnosis.com/itunes●     https://www.facebook.com/worksmarthypnosis/ Join the new WORK SMART HYPNOSIS COMMUNITY on Facebook!●     https://www.facebook.com/groups/worksmarthypnosis/ Want to work with Jason?
