Listen as Paula previews her debut novel Game, a story about a tennis player whose life is a big lie...but she's not the only one with a secret. Informed by Paula's love of tennis (she got a few games off of Maria Sharapova!), Game is the first installment of a trilogy with Set and Match to follow. Paula grew up writing poetry, and both of her parents are writers. For Paula, the desire to write has always been there, and she says you "can't be idle with the things you're most passionate about." Like many writers, she's questioned why it has taken her so long, but she reminds us that every writer's journey is different, and sometimes patience yields the best results - and that it should be fun!
