You are you & I am me tools to honor all

On today's show Im talk a little bit about how to navigate other people's opinions when we think they're thinking about us. Sometimes we're in a situation where we think about things like well do they like us why are they looking at us that way why are they talking about us And then we kind of lose our centeredness about ourselves The thing is though sometimes their stories are about them not about us. What I mean about that is is that sometimes their stories their insecurities get put on us and we're fine we're good. I would like to give you some tools on how to stay centered in the reality that actually what other people think about us and say about us really aren't what we need to worry about we can be fine just ourselves without being mean about it actually. We're coming into Mercury in retrograde and it's a time really to think about and discern what are we talking about to ourselves about others about the story you know and the more that we find self love the more that we don't really get affected by the realities around us. I know personally I've had to negotiate this being an only child, not very many friends and those of in that moment where do they like me? Do they or don't? Well it truly doesn't matter because I don't like me that's going to make everything hard around me so I would love to give you tools on how to negotiate that.
