Yes, the guy that just cut you off in traffic is a jerk, but you don’t need to own that energy. He doesn't even know you so his behavior wasn't personal.

Yes, your boss is a narcissist and blames you for everything, but you know the truth and so does everyone else in your office.

Yes, your kids are on a roll this week and won’t listen, but you are the adult and can control your response. It's their job to test their boundaries, it's yours to calmly remind them where they are.

Put yourself in charge of how your day goes. Recognize your negative reaction and then let it pass through you. See each stressful situation as an opportunity to practice grace, patience and peace.
