With one week remaining until Best Friend Weekend Weekend Phase II, Aldo NICE, Rog Smuve, and C.A.P. got together to throw some jokes around and talk about the serious issues from the week that was. The Birthday Boy, Rumble Williams, got us kick started with some talk about #FreeC5 and celebrity worship (01:00) which trickled into us discussing Drake and Meek making up (09:00) en route to us pubbing BFWW P2 (11:00). After giving credit to a few Bucs fans (13:00), we ran down some wild stories about Paul McCartney and the Beatles (16:00). Events in the world of entertainment caused us to take a second to mourn Mac Miller (23:00) and think about if we should care that Cardi and Nicki are beefing (27:00). Due to the week being so tumultuous in regards to race relations, we had to talk about Serena’s result at the US Open (34:00), the mayor of Kenner banning Nike products (40:00), and the murder of Botham Jean in his own home by an off-duty Dallas police officer (51:00). The podcast wrapped with Aldo having Nothin’ NICE to Say about Mexican soccer fans (1:01:00).
