Today the African Leadership Academy alongside MasterCard Foundation hosted the Very Young Entrepreneur Education and Acceleration Summit in Johannesburg, South Africa. The summit, which hosts young entrepreneurs, their parents and teachers, investors and policymakers, aims to encourage the attendants on how to harness a culture of entrepreneurship amongst young people on the African continent. The summit will also hold discussions around possible new policy positions that African governments and private corporates can adopt in promoting entrepreneurship amongst the youth.
