Youth Lens Sarawak: My World through My Eyes
from Front Row · host BFM Media
A collaboration between children’s advocacy organization, voice of the children and Scottish photographer Gerry Fox, the photography project ‘Youth Lens Sarawak: My World through My Eyes’ gave 9 underprivileged children the opportunity to show their unique way of life to the world. Equipped with a digital camera, these children were given a chance to explore their creativity while gaining experience using some basic digital technology to capture images of the world through their eyes. The work was exhibited at their School in Sri Aman and has now made its way to a gallery in Kuala Lumpur. We catch up with its leader, Gerry Fox to find out more about these 9 children and the project as a whole. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
