Recently, a customer posted an open letter to Starbucks China CEO on the internet, complaining that Starbucks barista had to ask him every time “are you SURE you want the tall size for your coffee?” “Tall” being the smallest size of Starbucks coffees and called 中杯 in Chinese which can be confusing for people.Why is he bugged by this? Is that a bad customer service?
