New Year / New Direction, Part 3: Control My Thoughts
The new year is often a time to look back and look ahead—a time to thank God for His blessings and consider what we need to change. In the new year, we could resolve to exercise more, eat healthier, read the Bible more, pray more, give more, or serve more. We just need to try harder, right? But is that what God says? He says to seek Him first. He says that His grace is sufficient. Our worth is not in our weight, success, bank account, social media stats, popularity, grades, relationship, or image. No matter how many times we stumble, He picks us up. His grace is sufficient. This year, let's seek Him first. Let's do our best and trust Him to do the rest. Seek Him first.

Grace for the Finish
It's easy to start something, but it's harder to finish something. Often times, people quit before things are done because they take longer than expected. It's easy to lose momentum and think that we've made a mistake; however, God didn't design us to quit. In this message, Pastor Jay will show you that in everything, whether it's cleaning your house or seeing a dream come to pass, God's grace is sufficient for it to the end.

The God of Closed Doors
It's easy to trust God when things go our way. It's also easy to get discouraged when things don't go as planned—when God doesn't answer the prayer, when the opposite of what you're believing for happens, when things don't happen in the way that we want them to, and so on. However, despite the pain we may endure when doors are closed, what if God still has our best interest at heart? What if every doorway in our life, open or closed, is a small piece of a plan greater than we could ever imagine? In this message, Pastor Jay talks about the perspective that we should have about God when the answers that we desire don't come—the perspective that God is a God of closed doors.
