When we face danger or uncertain times, we can't rely on our own instincts. We must learn to rely on the Holy Spirit who is our comforter and counselor. When we rely on the Holy Spirit, we will not be shaken.

Even in the wilderness, God is working all things for good. God is getting us ready for what God already has ready for us. God calls us to not let our hearts be trouble, but to trust in Him for he has prepared a purpose for us.

What do we do when we don't like either candidate? 'We can't not vote.' Voting is an honor and privilege. Nothing that happens with politics, governments or presidents can stop the advancement of the Kingdom of God unless we let it by becoming partisan rather than purposeful and prayerful. This week we learn that in times like we are living how important it is to lean into God and seek His Guidance.

The Kingdom of God is coming our way and when we open our lives to God there is healing, freedom and salvation for our souls. As ambassadors for Christ, we are called to share this same healing, freedom and salvation with the world around us. We must ask ourselves, "What and how am I doing as an ambassador for Christ?"

We are accountable for how we spend our days and we want the day we stand before God to be the best day of our lives. What are you doing with your talents and opportunities that God gives you to make the day you stand before God the best day of your life?

God is longing for the day that we are going to spend eternity in His Presence. This will be the greatest day we will ever know. What are we doing to prepare for the return of Christ?

God has a destiny on our lives and He's called us to more than what we are experiencing today. God gives each of us an assignment and it's our responsibility to be faithful to it. Talking about the end times provokes us to ask ourselves, "our we living faithfully to fulfill the purpose God has designed us for?"

Jesus did everything he did during his ministry on earth out of the power of the Holy Spirit. In the same way God is beckoning us to follow suit. If we are going to fulfill the calling of God on earth we cannot afford to live out of our own strength - we need the power of the Holy Spirit.

There's great power and potential when we choose to honor God by honoring those around us. The presence of God is released into the atmosphere when we take the initiative to show honor rather than show contempt to the people in our lives.

Difficult times are a universal experience, and in the hard times it can be natural for us to ask questions. Luckily, we serve a God who is not afraid our questions! What would happen if we chose to change our "whys?" for "what nows?" and begin seeking what God would have for us beyond our trial?

When relationships get difficult and unexpected moments of pain arise, we have a promise to hold onto. God provides us with the grace that we need to overcome. What happens when we choose to celebrate the power of God's grace in the midst of the storm?

When trouble happens around us and we don't understand why, we have a choice to make. What we run to in times of trouble will either ruin us or restore us. So what do we do whenever these things occur?

Life isn't always like we plan it to be. Instead of throwing the blame, God is beckoning us to react honestly and to lean into Him. So how do we return to a posture of faith when what we believe is colliding with what we are experiencing?

A lot of times the things that hold us back are because of the fear of the unknown. But what happens when we choose to let go of fear and start to fight?

We can't go back and change the decisions of our past, but we can start to make decisions that will impact our future. What happens when you live your life with an eternal focus?
