Red Sox have strung together 2 wins in a row to defeat the Milwaukee Brewers. Red Sox relievers Tyler Uberstine and Tyler Samaniego just made their Major League debuts after being promoted from AAA Worcester. On the heels of a road trip to St. Louis to face the Cardinals, can Boston keep this going and build on the momentum? The Sox are about to see Dustin May as the starter in the series opener who comes into the game with an ERA of nearly 16!! This should be a very good opportunity. We’ll go around the league to see how Rob Refsnyder and Brennan Bernardino are doing with their new clubs. Go Sox!

Sonny Gray showed up to this battle against the San Diego Padres in Electric Fenway Park where the Red Sox’s bats came alive with home runs from Willson Contreras and Marcelo Mayer. Aroldis Chapman finished the job by recording the save which allows him to surpass Jonathan Papelbon on the All Time Save Leaders in MLB History. The water was dirty and Caroline was sweet as I joined Red Sox Nation in attending the Home Opener.

There’s no Alex Bregman but we have Willson Contreras, Caleb Durban, Sonny Gray, Ranger Suarez and so many more additions to be happy about and Opening Day is just around the corner. We’ll also recap what a ray of sunshine Joe Castiglione is and the Red Sox participants in the 2026 World Baseball Classic.

Freddie Freeman, Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Will Smith could not be stopped despite best efforts from Max Scherzer, Kevin Gausman, Vladimir Guerrero, Jr and Bo Bichette who played their hearts out. For the Red Sox, Garrett Crochet is a Cy Young finalist in the American League and Gold Gloves have been awarded to Ceddanne Rafaela and Wilyer Abreu for their performances, Alex Bregman has opted out of the remaining 2 years of his deal and the Free Agent market grows with Kyle Schwarber, Tarik Skubal and Bo Bichette. Where will 2026 take us?
