You Were Conditioned —Not Created This Way | Healing Your Nervous System | Ep 33 | ACWGNS Podcast

Often when we choose to follow God, we’re filled with hope, vision, and excitement for the future. But what we don’t always talk about is this: Are we also doing the work to adopt a new belief system that supports the identity God is calling us into?Because every blessing is also an invitation to become someone new.In this episode, we break down what it really means to build a new identity rooted in Christ — not just spiritually, but emotionally and mentally too. Healing doesn’t stop once you feel better. Healing continues when you begin to feel safe in who you’re becoming. And here’s the truth many of us miss: You don’t start and stop because you’re lazy. You start and stop because your body doesn’t feel safe yet. When you feel unsafe, your nervous system goes into protection mode. It reaches for what’s familiar — even if what’s familiar is unhealthy. Not because your body hates you, but because it learned to survive that way.In this conversation, we unpack:Why your old identity keeps trying to winHow trauma shapes your sense of safetyWhy healing requires learning how to feel safe in the new youAnd why you will always need God in every season of becomingIf you’ve been wondering why growth feels uncomfortable… If stepping into who God called you to be feels scary instead of exciting… This episode is for you.So… are you ready to start the conversation?Bible References: CSB and NLT Versions 2 Corinthians 5:17Acts 22:6 Phillippians 3:13-14 Subscribe to Lovasia Renee Newsletter - https://lovasia-renee-public-speaker-life-coach.kit.com/6d71ed1ee4 Thank you for joining the conversation.Thank you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

What Trauma Taught You — God Is Rewriting | Ep 32 | ACWGNS Podcast

For a long time, I lived in a loop — starting, stopping, trying again, and falling back. I couldn’t put my finger on why until one day a trigger pulled me right back into coping mechanisms I thought I had already healed from. That moment changed everything. It made me realize something deeper: What if the issue wasn’t that I couldn’t stay consistent… What if the root of who I became was the real thing standing in the way?Because the truth is, a lot of us are living inside a system that was built for us — not one we chose. Our identity was shaped by survival, trauma, and what we had to become to make it through. But now God is calling us to build a new identity — one rooted in freedom, healing, and truth. And the tension? The old you keeps showing up while the new you is trying to be born.In this episode, we break down:How survival-based identity sabotages real growthWhy old coping systems resurface when you’re trying to changeWhat it really takes to rebuild from the rootAnd how to step into the person God is forming you to becomeThis is about unlearning what pain taught you — and allowing God to rewrite who you are becoming. If you’ve been stuck in cycles you can’t seem to break, this conversation is for you.So… are you ready to start the conversation?Bible References: CSB and NLT Versions Matthew 22:37 Proverbs 4:23Proverbs 3:5 Subscribe to Lovasia Renee Newsletter - https://lovasia-renee-public-speaker-life-coach.kit.com/6d71ed1ee4 Thank you for joining the conversation.Thank you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

Procrastination Starts at Perception| Ep 31| ACWGNS Podcast

Who knew that getting things done had less to do with motivational quotes and affirmations—and more to do with how you see the task in front of you?Over the past few weeks, as I began analyzing my own procrastination patterns, something hit me hard… What if it isn’t the task that overwhelms us—but the way we look at it? What if the way we perceive it controls our emotions, which then shapes our language—and that language quietly leads us into procrastination?Yeah… I got caught in that loop too.And the real question became: How do you break a cycle like that without first breaking down? That’s exactly what this conversation is about. In this episode, we talk about:How perception shapes your emotionsHow your emotions influence your languageAnd how your language can quietly shape your habits and your lifeIf you’re willing to challenge the way you see things—and the way you speak about your life—you might just discover you have more power to change than you ever realized. So… are you ready to start the conversation?Bible References: CSB and NLT Versions Continue the conversation by joining The Safe Space community today. - https://fabulous-author-7217.ck.page/fde6127bfd Subscribe to Lovasia Renee Newsletter - https://lovasia-renee-public-speaker-life-coach.kit.com/6d71ed1ee4 Thank you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

New Habits, Old Identity | Ep 30 | ACWGNS Podcast

For the longest, I couldn’t understand how I could be so motivated to start new habits—working out, reading, meal prepping. I would get into a good flow, feel consistent, feel proud… and then one day I’d wake up and the feeling of not wanting to do it would completely overpower all the progress I had made. Before I knew it, I was right back in the same habits I worked so hard to overcome. And it finally hit me— What if it isn’t the habit? What if it’s the root? What if my identity isn’t aligned with what I’m trying to become, and I’m sabotaging myself before I even start? Why do so many habits fail? Why do we start strong—only to fall back into the same old cycles? In this episode, we’re going deeper than motivation, routines, and discipline. We’re talking about the root.Because the truth is, habits don’t fail because you’re lazy. They fail because your identity hasn’t changed yet.You can’t maintain a new life with an old mindset. You can’t build healthy habits on an unhealed foundation. And you can’t become who God is calling you to be while still living from who trauma taught you to be.In this conversation, we break down:Why new habits don’t stickHow unhealed roots sabotage your growthHow your identity shapes your disciplineAnd what needs to shift internally before your habits can change externallyAre you ready to start the conversation? Bible References: CSB and NLT Versions Philippians 4: 6-7 Continue the conversation by joining The Safe Space community today. - https://fabulous-author-7217.ck.page/fde6127bfd Subscribe to Lovasia Renee Newsletter - https://lovasia-renee-public-speaker-life-coach.kit.com/6d71ed1ee4 Thank you for joining the conversation.Thank you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

What Do You Do When It’s Hard to Pray and You Don’t Feel Like It ?

What do you do when you enter a season of discouragement—when it feels hard to open your Bible, spend time with God, or even sit in His presence? When the emotions you’re carrying don’t lead to motivation, but instead create shame, guilt, and distance? We all experience moments when our faith walk isn’t as strong as we hoped it would be. And in those moments, scrolling on social media can easily replace real time with God—leaving us spiritually full of noise, but empty of connection. In this episode, we talk about the power of choice. God gave us the freedom to choose Him, and when we do—even in small ways—He honors our effort. It doesn’t have to be a three-hour Bible study. It can be five intentional minutes of quiet, simply showing up and letting God know: I’m here. I still choose You.Prayer is a muscle—it grows stronger the more you use it. But this episode isn’t about performance or religious actions. It’s about love. Showing up not because you feel perfect or motivated, but because your heart desires connection. If you’ve been feeling distant, discouraged, or ashamed for struggling to show up spiritually, this conversation is for you. This is your reminder: God smiles at your effort—no matter how small.Bible References: CSB and NLT Versions Psalms 129:23-24Psalms 26:2Romans 8:38-39Continue the conversation by joining The Safe Space community today. - https://fabulous-author-7217.ck.page/fde6127bfd Subscribe to Lovasia Renee Newsletter - https://lovasia-renee-public-speaker-life-coach.kit.com/6d71ed1ee4 Thank you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

When Faith Gets Real: Are You a Fan or a Follower of God?

This episode was long overdue because there comes a time when we all have to ask ourselves a serious question: Are you a true follower of Christ… or just a fan? When life hits hard, do you run towards God or away from Him? When your flesh needs to be challenged, do you sit in the discomfort, or do you choose the easier route—even when it’s harmful? When you pray, do you wait patiently, or do you take matters into your own hands because you feel like God is taking too long?Matthew 13 walks us through the parable of the sower and reveals how our hearts receive the Word when it’s planted. God says, “Whoever has ears, let them hear.” But are we listening for wisdom and guidance… or for platform, aesthetics, and what feels trendy?Sis, did you hop on the “believer bandwagon” when Christ looked shiny and appealing? Or are you committed to walking with Him all the way, even when the journey gets tough? That’s exactly what this conversation is about. Are you ready to start the conversation?Bible References: CSB and NLT Versions Psalms 136Romans 8:35-39Matthew 13:3-23Continue the conversation by joining The Safe Space community today. - https://fabulous-author-7217.ck.page/fde6127bfd Subscribe to Lovasia Renee Newsletter - https://lovasia-renee-public-speaker-life-coach.kit.com/6d71ed1ee4 Thank you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

The Psychology Behind Procrastination: What's Really Holding You Back?

How many times have you pushed something off? Avoided doing it because it wasn’t perfect? Sheww, I’m even doing it right now—knowing I had all the time in the world to get it done. But why is that? Why do we keep pushing tasks back instead of knocking them out? What’s the real root of procrastination?Every time you make that choice—every time you follow that familiar habit of putting things off—it affects you more negatively than you realize. But what if someone told you the real reason? The deeper connection behind why you procrastinate, so you can finally learn how to control it… and eventually stop it?In this episode, we break down the 6 different types of procrastinators, why each type procrastinates, and what you can do to overcome it. If procrastination keeps getting in your way, then this conversation is definitely for you.So… are you ready to start the conversation?Thank you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

Happy Birthday To Me: 31 Years Of Wisdom !

How often do you actually reflect on your life when you turn a year older? We celebrate, we go out with friends and family — but we rarely sit still long enough to look back at our growth… where we improved, where we fell short, and how far we’ve really come.In this episode, I take time to reflect on what I’ve been working on, what still needs work, and the places where I’ve seen God move in my life. This kind of reflection helped me process my wins and losses and showed me how much I’ve grown both personally and spiritually. This conversation is honest, grounding, and necessary — and I hope it inspires you to pause and look at your own growth too.Are you ready to start the conversation? Episode Chapters:Apps Mentions In Podcast - Bible Project - Visual Stories Bible Chat - ChatGPT for Bibles Tony Evans Commentary The Bait Of Satan - The BookThank you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

Learning To Love The Judas In Me PT 3

We often talk about how Judas betrayed Jesus, but we don’t talk enough about how Jesus still loved Judas — even knowing what he would do. And if we’re honest, many of us don’t want to admit that we have a little Judas in us too. There are moments we’ve betrayed Jesus in our own way — not because we wanted to, but because He didn’t meet our expectations… or because He allowed us to fail… or because His plan didn’t look like what we prayed for. And disappointment can make us turn away from the very God who has never turned away from us.In this episode, we dive deep into a conversation that connects the dots between Jesus’ covenant over our lives and the very real moments where we’ve betrayed Him, doubted Him, or walked away from Him.This conversation gets real — and it gets deep. So the question is… are you ready to start the conversation?Episode Chapters:00:00 Starting the Conversation with God00:25 Confronting the Enemy and Embracing TruthApps Mentions In Podcast - Bible Project - Visual Stories Bible Chat - ChatGPT for Bibles Tony Evans Commentary The Bait Of Satan - The BookThank you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

He allowed me to see that no matter what my truth is, it’s where I am loved the most by Him.The fear of man can blur our vision of what God wants to do through us. How God Saved Me From Me: No Longer Bound By Secrets PT 1

For years, I kept quiet — haunted by the burdens of who I used to be. The mistakes I made, the things I did... I no longer trusted myself. I couldn’t even look at me. I actually planned to stay mad at myself for the rest of my life because it felt safe — and honestly, the world justified it.We often praise women through the lens of feminism, telling them to do what feels right for them and their bodies. But what if what we choose leaves us scarred and ashamed, far from recovery? This conversation is about how God saved me — from the world’s approval, from shame, and ultimately from myself. I was burdened by decisions I tried to numb with drinking, smoking, partying, and pornography. But when you pick up your cross and follow Christ, you are renewed in Him.The challenge, though, is learning to truly believe that. Because even after redemption, you might still wrestle with your past. So I ask you—does the pain stop at the decision, or does it still carry out like a process, month after month, year after year? This episode is raw, honest, and necessary. Do I Really Know God Like I Say I Do? | PT 1

In this episode, I share how my relationship with God first began—it felt like meeting a kind stranger. Someone who was always there when I needed Him the most. Over time, that curiosity and desire to know Him more turned into a real relationship. There was never any pressure, just my heart wanting to draw closer to Him.But with that closeness came questions:If I truly know Him, then why do I sometimes struggle to trust when He’s always been there—even before I asked? If I say I love Him, why do I still doubt? And if I doubt, do I really know Him the way I think I do?These are the questions I wrestle with and answer in this episode. Are you ready to start the conversation? Episode Chapters:00:00 Introduction and Setting the Stage02:20 Exploring the Nature of God05:59 Personal Reflections on Trust and Submission10:32 Understanding Heart Posture and Acceptance15:16 The Journey from Stranger to Relationship20:53 Identifying God Beyond Generalizations23:33 Understanding the Nature of God25:16 Exploring the Trinity28:09 The Omnipresence of the Holy Spirit30:36 God the Father: The All-Knowing Creator34:35 The Power of Jesus Christ38:30 The Many Names of God42:11 Moving Forward in FaithApps Mentions Via Podcast - Bible Project - Visual Stories Bible Chat - ChatGPT for Bibles Tony Evans Commentary Join a community of faith-based women on a journey of spiritual and personal development. Learning To Suffering Well With Others !

This episode is all about learning to accept the people we love right where they are.So often, when we experience something new—whether it’s healing, growth, or a deeper walk with God—we want everyone around us to experience it too. But here’s the truth: you made the decision to change… they haven’t yet. And trying to force them to change because you did isn’t fair to them—or to you.Sometimes, that urge to “pull them along” is really just you running back to comfort. Because if you had to truly apply what you’ve learned, it would stretch you to love them in the season they’re in. That’s the real challenge.Acceptance doesn’t mean tolerance—it means choosing love. Love that makes room for patience, understanding, and compassion… even in disagreement. In this episode, I break down:Why acceptance is harder than we admitHow to love people in the season they’re inWhy forcing change is really about our own comfortHow God shows up for you—and for them—when you let HimEpisode Chapters00:00 Introduction to Acceptance and Personal Growth02:04 Navigating Relationships During Personal Change08:57 The Challenge of Influencing Others13:27 The Power of Community and Support18:11 Prayer and Surrender in Relationships23:02 Accepting Others Where They Are28:54 The Role of Prayer in Personal DevelopmentThis conversation will push you to reflect on how you show up for others, while also reminding you that God is always showing up for both of you.Join The Safe Space Community - https://fabulous-author-7217.ck.page/fde6127bfd S O C I A L ~~Personal Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/lovasiareneee_/?hl=enTik Tok - https://www.tiktok.com/@lovasiareneee?_t=8WOhtU4wTFb&_r=1Thank you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

How Self Sabotage Controlled My Life !

These avatars might feel like protection, but really, they keep us from showing up as who we truly are today. This conversation brings clarity to:* How self-sabotage shows up through past pain* Why certain triggers pull out old versions of us* The impact of trauma-created identities on our present choices* How to stop letting those avatars ruin your futureIt’s raw, eye-opening, and filled with the kind of truth that sets you free.Episode Chapters00:00 Introduction to Self-Sabotage and Acceptance05:44 Understanding Acceptance and Avoidance11:49 Exploring Self-Sabotage and Its Roots18:43 Identifying and Accepting Our Avatars25:34 The Journey of Acceptance and Transformation31:26 Recognizing Self-Sabotage and Triggers34:15 The Role of Acceptance in Personal Growth36:27 Understanding Lies and Accountability40:36 The Impact of Community on Identity44:34 The Prodigal Son: A Lesson in Acceptance50:45 Returning to Acceptance and Community58:52 Personal Transformation and New BeginningsKey Points Made During The episode...Self-sabotage often stems from unresolved past experiences.Acceptance is a deeper process than simply acknowledging something.Triggers can reveal unprocessed emotions and past traumas.Understanding your 'avatars' can help in recognizing your reactions.Community support is crucial for personal growth and acceptance.Awareness of one's actions does not equate to true acceptance.Acceptance involves taking accountability for one's past actions.Biblical stories can provide valuable lessons on acceptance and forgiveness.Transformation begins in the heart, not just the mind. You are not alone in your journey of self-discovery and healing.S O C I A L ~~ Personal Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/lovasiareneee_/?hl=enTik Tok - https://www.tiktok.com/@lovasiareneee?_t=8WOhtU4wTFb&_r=1L I N K S \\ To Join My Online Community & Access My Workbookhttps://linktr.ee/adminhttps://lovasia-renee-public-speaker-life-coach.kit.com/fde6127bfdC O N T A C T `` -  [email protected] you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

Is Self-Sabotage the Reason I’m Not Where I Should Be?

When reality doesn’t match what you imagined, it’s easy to start questioning everything.“Am I even on the right path?”“Will the goals I set ever come to pass?”“If I knew better back then, would I be in a better place now?”We stress ourselves out comparing where we thought we’d be two years ago to where we are today. And in that stress, the cycle of self-sabotage only gets louder—bad jobs, bad relationships, broken habits, endless worry. But here’s the truth: **the problem isn’t the goal—it’s our focus.** When we fix our eyes only on the outcome instead of on God, worry becomes our way of life.In this episode, I get real about:* Why your present doesn’t look like your vision (and that’s okay)* How self-sabotage thrives when you’re focused on “what if” instead of “what is”* Breaking free from the cycle of worry, doubt, and fear* The shift that comes when you focus on God, not just the goal🎧 Tune in—you do not want to miss this.Key Points Made During The episode...Acceptance is crucial in understanding your reality.Every day presents its own challenges. The past influences our present perceptions.Coping mechanisms can be flawed due to trauma.Understanding wants versus needs is essential.Gratitude can shift your perspective on reality. The journey is often more valuable than the goal.Life lessons can come from unexpected situations.Trusting God's timing is vital for acceptance.Engaging in honest conversations with God fosters growth.S O C I A L ~~ Personal Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/lovasiareneee_/?hl=enTik Tok - https://www.tiktok.com/@lovasiareneee?_t=8WOhtU4wTFb&_r=1L I N K S \\https://linktr.ee/adminC O N T A C T `` -  [email protected] you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

Still Carrying the Pain? Acceptance Is Part of Your Breakthrough | Suffering Well Series

Whew… this episode opened up *a lot* for me.Accepting your past? It’s not easy. It brings up old emotions, confirms hard truths, and forces you to look at things you’d rather leave buried. But here’s the thing—dipping into the past isn’t about staying stuck in survival mode. It’s about understanding where you’ve been so you can shape where you’re going. In this episode, I share how looking back can actually **brighten your future**. When you analyze what was, you can better prepare for what’s to come. And instead of letting fear, doubt, or self-sabotage control the direction of your life, you can create healthier coping mechanisms that deal with the *root* of those patterns. Here’s the truth: your mind doesn’t need to accept your past—your heart does. Real change starts in the heart. When your heart accepts what happened, your mind will follow… and the shame, guilt, and “stuck” feeling lose their grip. This one’s personal.Listen in, and then comment to let me know which part hit home for you.Chapter Clips 00:00 The Journey of Acceptance02:50 Personal Stories of Abandonment06:08 Building Resilience from Pain08:59 The Role of Faith in Healing11:47 Transforming Past Experiences into Strength15:07 Lessons Learned from Abandonment17:58 The Importance of Heartfelt Acceptance20:56 Finding Purpose in Pain23:50 Biblical Insights on Acceptance26:51 Action Steps for HealingS O C I A L ~~ Personal Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/lovasiareneee_/?hl=enTik Tok - https://www.tiktok.com/@lovasiareneee?_t=8WOhtU4wTFb&_r=1L I N K S \\https://linktr.ee/adminC O N T A C T `` -  [email protected] you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

I used to think if things didn’t go exactly right, then maybe I’d miss the promise altogether. But the truth is... Have you been feeling like you’re behind?Like no matter how hard you try, something always pulls you back—whether it’s procrastination, fear, or just avoiding the healing you know you need?Whew… trust me, I’ve been there.Honestly, I’m still walking through it.In this episode, I had to sit with a hard question:Is my self-sabotage holding me back… or secretly pushing me forward?Sometimes we think the uncomfortable stuff—the trauma, the healing, the truth we don’t want to face—is what’s keeping us stuck. But what if that very thing is what’s trying to push you into purpose?S O C I A L ~~ @LovasiaReneee_Thank you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

Healing The Root Of Self Sabotage | Ep 13 | Awareness Series

Where do I even start? This episode… whew, chile. It hit deep in ways I didn’t even expect. We got into the roots of self-sabotage—how it’s often tied to unhealed trauma, and how that trauma quietly shapes the way we see God, ourselves, and what we think we deserve.I’m talkin’ about thought patterns that keep us stuck, how we try to control everything because of hyper-independence, and the emotional walls we put up thinking it’s protection—but it’s really disconnection. This episode was so real, I was literally tearing up while editing.I couldn’t believe how much I let myself open up.But look at God… because this is what healing in real time looks like.Key takeaways from this episode-Awareness is the first step to personal growth.-Trauma shapes our behaviors and avoidance mechanisms.-Returning to basics is essential for building a new identity.-Self-sabotage often stems from unprocessed trauma.-Hyper-independence can hinder spiritual growth.-Confronting feelings of unworthiness is crucial.-The battle between flesh and spirit is ongoing.-Relying on God's strength leads to true empowerment.-What happened in the past does not define your identity.-Engaging in self-reflection is necessary for healing.S O C I A L ~~ Personal Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/lovasiarene...Tik Tok - https://www.tiktok.com/@lovasiareneee...L I N K S \\https://linktr.ee/adminC O N T A C T `` -  [email protected] you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

Why You Keep Sabotaging Your Growth | Ep 12

In this episode, I’m kickin’ off a brand new series that’s been heavy on my heart—**Awareness & Suffering**.We’re diving deep into what it really means to know who you are*—not just what you want, but *who you have to become to actually carry what you’re praying for. This ain’t about surface-level faith. We’re talking about the **real stuff**:self-doubt that creeps in when no one’s watching, mindsets that keep sabotaging your growth, and the inner work that most people avoid because it's hard and holy at the same time.I’m not here to just motivate you—I want you to be transformed.Because until you become aware of what’s hurting you on the inside, you’ll keep wondering why things ain’t working on the outside. So let this be your invitation to get **honest**, get **aware**, and get **closer to God**.It’s time to deal with what’s been dealing with you.Let’s start this journey of healing, growth, and becoming—*together*.Chapters00:00 Introduction to Awareness and Suffering02:07 Identity and Goal Setting06:57 The Inner Work Required for Success10:26 Navigating Awareness and Self-Discovery14:31 The Role of Intimacy and Sacrifice17:39 Preparing for the Journey AheadMhm That's so good takeaways Awareness is crucial for personal growth and transformation.Identity plays a significant role in achieving goals.Self-doubt can hinder progress and success.Inner work is necessary to align identity with aspirations.Negative mindsets can be reduced but not entirely eliminated. It's important to nurture positive traits while eliminating harmful ones.Intimacy with God is essential for personal development. The journey of awareness involves recognizing and addressing past issues.Listeners should approach their growth journey with grace and patience.Transformation requires effort, sacrifice, and commitment.S O C I A L ~~ Personal Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/lovasiarene...Tik Tok - https://www.tiktok.com/@lovasiareneee...L I N K S \\https://linktr.ee/adminC O N T A C T `` -  [email protected] you for joining the conversation. To continue to conversation follow @LovasiaReneee_

Have my emotions been blocking me from pursuing God—because of how I feel about my past?Whew… this one hit deep. The closer I got to Jesus, the more I saw my own humanity. And honestly? Think Your Not Enough? Here's Why God Calls The Unqualified! Ep 3

You may not be qualified on paper, but according to God's resume, you are beyond qualified. How many times have you felt called to do something but told yourself you weren’t qualified or worthy enough to do it? How many times have you talked yourself out of using a gift God specifically placed inside you? How many times have you procrastinated and counted yourself out because you didn’t feel capable? What if I told you that God uses the possible to contradict what the world says is impossible? Here, I dive into the story of Moses—how he felt unqualified because of his past, struggled with doubts in the present, and even second-guessed himself when God equipped him for his purpose. But what if the life you’ve been praying for is waiting—not on your abilities but on your willingness to depend on God?Exodus 3:12 says: “He answered, ‘I will certainly be with you, and this will be the sign to you that I am the one who sent you: when you bring the people out of Egypt, you will all worship God at this mountain.’”Are you Ready to Start The Conversation? As I walk through my Christian journey with open and honest conversations, I invite you to gain insight into my experiences, which may resonate with or offer perspective for your own.
