  3. 57

    Protect Your Peace

In this episode, I talk about why it’s okay to be in your feelings and allow yourself to experience emotions instead of suppressing them. I discuss the grief that comes with cutting people off and distancing yourself from relationships that no longer serve you. Sometimes protecting your peace means letting go of people you once cared deeply about, and that process isn’t always easy. I also open up about reaching a point where I no longer feel the need to explain myself or seek understanding from everyone.

  4. 56

    Declutter Your Life

Sometimes we hold onto people longer than we should, just like clutter around the house, things we never use or do not add value to our lives. There are people that fall into that category. Growth requires change.
